Such a caring facility, ALL the staff are absolutely wonderful: caring, empathetic, down to earth, funny, great at answering all your questions, addressing your concerns, about checking in on you and your fur baby, and being supportive of tough decisions while being very honest.

I cannot express how amazing these group of people are. Everyone here are ANGELS sent from heaven. They took care of my baby as soon as I came in. The lady who opened the door was always checking on me and offered coffee and snacks while we waited for a treatment plan, she was super kind and helpful when getting financial options. We stayed for 48 hours and the entire process was made easier by their love, kindness and support. I was able to be with my baby every single step of the way. I’m so grateful that god led me here because I know my Papi was in the bestest of hands. They could see how special my baby is and treated him with as much love as I have for him. Hailey went above and beyond and got me some food and drinks since I wasn’t eating. They were there not only for my Papi but for ME too! I had conversations with each nurse that would help calm my nerves and have a clear mind. Hailey, The nurse with sparkly make up and purple highlights, The nurse with short hair and green highlights?, The nurse with black hair and glasses, The nurse with blonde hair during night shift, Angela, The Manager, I’m sorry I didn’t catch more names, but EVERYONE here is amazing. The doctors are amazing, Dr. Ellebracht, Dr. Cinthia, Dr. Kathryn, they cared for papi and checked everything multiple times even when it got busy and there were many other cases, they made me feel like I was the only one. Thank you ALL endlessly for all your love and compassion, it’s really easy to see how much you love your job and helping the babies and their owners. 1000000% recommend this place, they will do everything in their hands to help your family. Thank you ALL !! Las Vegas VEG you guys are the bestest!!

My experience with the VEG Animal Hospital was absolutely reassuring and beyond what I expected! My mom had stopped in front of the main doors, and as I start to grab my cat the nurses were all ready opening the door ready to help! I was so shooken up about my baby that I wasn't speaking right, the whole team were so patient with me when my words were so scrambled with being so worried.

If I could give 10 stars I’d give them 11! This place is amazing. I took my baby Sally (Yorkshire terrier) there for an emergency visit. I woke up to Sally being very lethargic, not eating, shaking, and pale gums. I panicked and called about 6 different places before finding Veg, they were very kind, helpful, and concerned about my pet. They immediately took her to a bed and began working on her, they even brought out snacks and books for my daughter. They gave me a treatment plan and an estimate for me. They offered me treatment that I could afford, and they recommended me taking her to a primary immediately. I want to say that today Sally is a lot better, she still needs to see a primary, but they definitely helped get her back on her feet. Special shout out to Dr. Deml, and Miranda and EVERYONE on the team for taking my concerns seriously and treating me baby with such care and urgency

My sweet Polar Bear had been sick for about 2 months before I had to rush her here. She was worse than ever. Not eating, not drinking, and losing tons of weight. My primary vet pretty much told me they had no idea why she was doing so poorly and the best they could guess it was because she was an old dog, which is true but she was sick so fast it couldn't be the only reason. I was actually looking into a second opinion because of that, as it wasn't a satisfying answer. Dr. Dowling and her team gave me my answer. My primary vet had missed the compounding issues in her gut and that it maybe cancerous. Considering how sick she was and how fast I agree that it was probably that. My pup didn't get to come home but I feel better with my decision to let her go with the potential reason known other than she's just old. I wish I had come sooner, after all if I had known this issue I could have made those last few days the best ever. Thank Dr. Dowling. Thank you Elisa, I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong, but I wanted to let you know specifically that what you did for us means the world to me.

VEG ER will be the place we continue to take our pets to for emergencies. This was our first visit and everyone there was very competent, caring and you could tell they loved what they did. As soon as we walked through the door we were being helped and put into a room. Dr. Jess Dowling was very informative and explained everything that they were doing. We were able to stay with our baby the whole time which was very comforting. And the days following if we had a question we were able to call and get answers. Keep up the good work to all the employees at VEG ER!!

The team at VEG is outstanding! I woke up one morning and my very healthy dog Juniper was suddenly very ill out for the blue, so we rushed her to VEG. They were incredibly thorough with testing and quickly diagnosed her with IMHA - a rare autoimmune disease. It was a really scary and traumatic process, but the team at VEG were very amazing, responsive, and supportive. Juni had to go through two blood transfusions, and then they needed to refer her to an internist for specialized care. All of the nurses were incredibly kind and caring. I LOVED that they offer private rooms where you can stay and come and go as long as you want and even sleep with your dog. It was truly invaluable. Almost 6 weeks later, Juni is in remission, going on adventures again and doing awesome. My sweet girl wouldn’t have made it without them!

Amazing job caring for my kitty just like I would and did learn some things for home how to destress your cat when they are hurt. I finally found a place where I feel comfortable knowing my pets are in the best care. Dr. Kathryn Ellebracht and team was amazing and acted fast to bring my kitty back to 100% to his family
